Refund and Returns Policy
Our Commitment: We want you to love your BBC IceCream order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy.
Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags still attached
- Original packaging included where possible
- Not marked as Final Sale or clearance
Non-Returnable Items: The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Accessories (caps, socks, keyrings) for hygiene reasons
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
